Verifymy’s blueprint report explores the current state of play regarding how the European Union, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany are tackling age verification for access to adult content and what this means for local consumers and content providers. There is presently no uniform global or regional legislation dictating how these countries must approach the issue of minors accessing adult material. That said, each of these countries or political bodies have demonstrated a growing determination to stop underage access to pornographic content by implementing age verification in online adult entertainment.
